Gdanski & Gdanski experience in Government Contracts Law
enables us to assist clients in all matters of procurement
law including but not limits to litigation. Gdanski &
Gdanski is proud of its record at every government contract
legal forum including the GAO, various Boards of Contract
Appeals, District Court, United States Court of Federal
Claims and United States Court of Appeals for the Federal
Circuit.
Gdanski & Gdanski also has experience in negotiating
disputes between prime and subcontractors, negotiating and
drafting of licensing agreements and subcontractor
agreements.
Gdanski & Gdanski is particularly proud of its litigation
experience and the results is has achieved before the GAO,
Board of Contract Appeals. U.S. District Court, United
States Court of Federal Claims and United States Court of
Appeals for the Federal Circuit.
SUB-SECTIONS
1. 8(a) Small Disadvantaged Business
Gdanski & Gdanski has represented numerous 8(a), HUBZone,
and other Small Disadvantaged Businesses. Our clients
include minority owned small disadvantaged businesses, women
owned businesses, HUBZone contractors. There are special
requirements and unique problems associated with maintaining
8(a) and small disadvantaged status and our firm routinely
assists these firms in compliance and with the ability to
grow, yet remain under the 8(a) small disadvantaged status.
Our firm also successfully has assisted these 8a firms
maintain their preference in bidding and have successfully
litigated for SBA, 8a and HUBZone clients.
2. Bid Protest Division
Litigation and Bid Protest Actions is the strength of
Gdanski & Gdanski and our attorneys have over 35 years
experience in representing aggrieved bidders and also in
defense of an award. As of January 1, 2001, Protestors have
three fora in which to bring a pre – or post award protest
and our firm has assisted in the filing of numerous protests
in each forum: (1) the contracting agency (2) the Government
Accountability Office (“GAO”), and (3) the U.S. Court of
Federal Claims (“COFC”). The GAO is the sole governmental
administrative protest tribunal and the Administrative
Disputes Act of 1996 (ADRA) made the Court of Federal Claims
the sole judicial forum in which protests may be brought and
the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit is the
sole forum for appellate review.
