International Arbitration:
 
A significant portion of Gdanski & Gdanski’s practice involves prime – sub disputes in Iraq Reconstruction Projects. The firm has experience representing both international and domestic prime and subcontractors in Iraq and Afghanistan. Often there are Arbitration Clauses forcing litigation in various Arbitration forums. Gdanski & Gdanski has represented large construction and trucking companies from Kuwait, Turkey, domestic companies at both the American Arbitration Association and at the International Court of Arbitration, International Chamber of Commerce.

Sam is a “Distinguished” graduate of the Procurement Attorney Course of the Judge Advocate General School, United States Army & Retired Counter-intelligence Special Agent Army Reserve and is admitted to the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals, United States Court of Federal Claims, & the United States Supreme Court.
