International Arbitration:
A significant portion of Gdanski & Gdanski’s practice involves prime – sub disputes in Iraq Reconstruction Projects. The firm has experience representing both international and domestic prime and subcontractors in Iraq and Afghanistan. Often there are Arbitration Clauses forcing litigation in various Arbitration forums. Gdanski & Gdanski has represented large construction and trucking companies from Kuwait, Turkey, domestic companies at both the American Arbitration Association and at the International Court of Arbitration, International Chamber of Commerce.

We are particularly proud of the results we have achieved before the GAO, Boards of Contract Appeals. U.S. District Court, United States Court of Federal Claims and United States Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit and International Arbitration Tribunals and our clients range from large multinational international government contractors to small SBA certified companies, HUBZone companies, and women owned companies.
Led by Sam Zalman Gdanski, in private practice since 1973 practicing primarily in federal procurement litigation, government contract law, including suits against federal government representing contractors. Sam Gdanski has experience with RFP’s, Bid Protests, Contract Disputes. Sam is a “Distinguished” graduate of the Procurement Attorney Course of the Judge Advocate General School, United States Army & Retired Counter-intelligence Special Agent Army Reserve and is admitted to the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals, United States Court of Federal Claims, & the United States Supreme Court.
